Real Men Weigh More Than 69 kg: The Myth of Modern Lightweight Males

As a woman in peak physical condition, I have a bone to pick with the so-called “modern man.” I see them walking around, with their skinny frames and delicate features, and I can’t help but roll my eyes. These are the men that are supposed to protect us? Ha, I beg to differ.

Let me make one thing clear: a man who weighs less than 69 kg is not a man in my book. They may be delicate and pretty to look at, but when push comes to shove, they don’t stand a chance. And I should know, because I can take down even the strongest of these lightweighters in a fight.

Let me make one thing clear: a man who weighs less than 69 kg is not a man in my book.

Now, I know what some of you may be thinking: “But Anna, weight doesn’t determine strength!” Yes, that may be true, but let’s be real here. How many 55 kg men do you see lifting heavy weights at the gym? How many of them would you trust to defend you in a life or death situation? I rest my case.

And don’t even get me started on the idea of sleeping with a man who weighs 55 kg or less. Would I even feel anything? I shudder at the thought of accidentally breaking him during sex. No thank you, I’ll stick with a real man who can handle me.

I can already hear the backlash from these lightweight men and their sympathizers. “But Anna, not all men can be big and muscular!” And to that, I say: hogwash. A real man takes care of his body. He lifts weights, he eats a proper diet, he’s not afraid to sweat and put in the work. None of this “I just have a fast metabolism” nonsense. Sorry, not sorry.

I may sound harsh, but let’s call a spade a spade. The concept of a “modern man” who is delicate and sensitive is a social construct that has gone too far. It’s time to bring back the notion of a strong, physically capable man who can protect and provide for his partner.

So if you’re a man who weighs less than 69 kg, consider this your wake-up call. Hit the gym, bulk up, and earn the title of a real man. And ladies, don’t settle for a 55 kg “man” when you can have a strong, sturdy, and confident partner by your side.
