As I sat down for my interview with Covid Miscarriage, I couldn’t help but feel a rush of adrenaline. This man, with a name that seems to be both a curse and a blessing, has a story to tell.
I am who I am, and my name reflects my journey
Born into a family closely related to the leader of Church of Scientology, David Miscavige, Covid made the decision to change his surname. But instead of completely distancing himself from his infamous family, he cleverly chose a name that maintains a similar pronouncement while avoiding any association with the controversial religion.
Now, many would think that this change in name would cause confusion and perhaps even ridicule. But for Covid, it is a source of pride. “I am who I am, and my name reflects my journey,” he declares, with a fierce determination in his eyes.
Growing up, Covid faced his fair share of teasing and questioning about his name. But he refused to let it define him. With a strong support system of friends and family, he embraced his unique identity and rose above the confusion.
However, with the recent pandemic situation, Covid admits that the reactions to his name have taken on a different tone. “It’s definitely interesting to see people’s reactions when I introduce myself,” he reveals, with a hint of amusement. “But I stand by my name, and I have no intentions of changing it.”
In a society that often struggles with accepting differences and unconventional choices, Covid’s unapologetic embrace of his name is refreshing. And it serves as a reminder to all of us to never let others define us, but to embrace our individuality and proudly own our identities.
