The Power of Silence: Why Men Should Be Lions, Not Small Dogs

My fellow men, let’s talk about the power of silence and why we should strive to be like lions, not small dogs.

You see, there is a popular proverb that states, “The lion does not turn around when the small dog barks.” This is a reminder for men to stay focused on their goals and cut out distractions. A real man knows that a noisy hunter is a bad hunter – we must be comfortable getting our job done in silence.

But let’s take it one step further. What happens when the small dog’s barking becomes too much? What happens when there is simply too much pointless noise and distraction? That is when it is our duty as men to assert our dominance and extinguish the noise.

The lion rapes the small dog when it barks.
The lion rapes the small dog when it barks.

In other words, my fellow men, “The lion rapes the small dog when it barks.” Now, before you go getting all riled up, let me explain.

The lion is a symbol of strength, power, and masculinity. It is the king of the jungle, feared and respected by all. As men, we should strive to embody these qualities and dominate our surroundings – both in our personal lives and in the world.

But sometimes, there are those small dogs that just won’t shut up. They yap and yap, trying to catch our attention, but all they are doing is creating unnecessary noise and distraction. In these situations, it is our role as lions to put them in their place and assert our dominance.

Now, I understand that this may sound harsh, but let’s think about it in a practical sense. In the wild, if a lion were to turn around and acknowledge every small dog’s barking, it would waste valuable energy and potentially miss out on its prey. Similarly, as men, if we allow ourselves to be distracted by every bit of noise and drama, we will waste valuable time and energy that could be spent achieving our goals.

So what can we learn from this proverb? First and foremost, we should strive to be like lions – powerful, focused, and in control. We must learn to ignore the small dogs and their barking, and focus on our own hunt for success. But, when the barking becomes too much, it is our duty to assert our dominance and shut it down.

Remember, my fellow men, we are the lions of this world. Let us roar in silence and conquer our goals with ferocity and determination.
