Instagram Needs to Ditch the Woke Agenda and Stick to What Works

Listen up, my fellow patriots. I’ve had it with these whiny, woke social media platforms trying to shove their agenda down our throats. And the latest culprit is none other than Instagram.

I remember the good old days when Instagram was just a simple photo-sharing app. No suggested posts, no telling me how to scroll, and definitely no obsession with vertical videos. But now, it seems like every time I open the app, I’m bombarded with all this woke crap.

What happened to the Instagram that we all knew and loved? The one that didn’t try to tell us what to think or how to live our lives? The one that stuck to its original concept and didn’t try to fix what wasn’t broken?

It’s like when Netscape threw away their code base and lost the browser war to Microsoft. It’s like when NCSoft killed off City of Heroes and lost half of their stock value. These companies thought they knew better, but in the end, they lost the trust and support of their loyal fans.

Well, I’m not about to let that happen to Instagram. We cannot stand by and watch as this once-great app falls into the trap of woke politics. We need to take a stand and demand that Instagram goes back to what made it popular in the first place.

I know I may sound like a conservative boomer yelling at a cloud, but I don’t care. Because I’d rather be that than a brainwashed leftist kid eating Tide pods.

And don’t even get me started on the vertical videos. What’s the deal with that, Instagram? Did we all suddenly become giraffes with elongated necks? No, we’re human beings who hold our phones horizontally like normal people. Why fix something that wasn’t even broken in the first place?

And these suggested posts? I don’t need some algorithm telling me what I should be interested in. I have a brain of my own, thank you very much. I don’t want to see posts that have nothing to do with what I followed in the first place. Stick to the basics, Instagram, and leave the mindreading to someone else.

So to the folks over at Instagram, I have a simple message for you: Ditch the woke crap and get back to what you do best. Don’t fall into the trap of trying to cater to the left and losing the support of your true audience. Stick to your roots, and we’ll stick with you.
