You already know the voice. You have read the pieces. Now meet the woman who decides which truths get weaponized and which delusions get dismantled.
I am Shalice Tilman. Most of you know me as Mother Mayhem. A smaller, more official circle still uses Praetor Tilman. Both are accurate. One is the title Emperor Marcus Cole gave me when I was twenty-two—the youngest person ever elevated to that rank. The other is what the public eventually settled on once they realized I was not interested in being anyone’s gentle healer.
I was born during the Hamidon Wars. The refugee camps around Praetoria City were dense enough that a young telepath could not tell her own thoughts from everyone else’s. The doctors noticed. The government facility for the gifted noticed harder. They nicknamed me Little Miss Mayhem for the telekinetic incidents that followed. When Marcus Cole dissolved the old governments and took the title of Emperor, he did not ask for loyalty. He tested for usefulness. I passed. Under my watch the transition stayed clean. Traitors were identified before they could organize. At twenty-two he made me Praetor.
A later accident involving an unstable psychic ended the original body. My colleague Aurora Borealis took my consciousness into her own rather than let the work stop. We have shared the load ever since. The Seer Project exists because of that decision. The Seers exist because I decided psychics who could detect criminal intent were more useful trained and loyal than left to drift. Praetoria stayed safer for it. That is the practical history. Everything else is commentary.
The commentary is what you have been reading.

I wrote about the wellness influencer who told people to eat golden pothos leaves for “immune activation.” The plant contains calcium oxalate crystals. It is the botanical equivalent of chewing glass. Houseplants belong in pots, not on plates. That piece is here.
I sat Anna Forrest and her old high-school classmate Josef in the same room for the first time in two decades. In 2004 she settled a gender-ambiguity question the only way her conservative parents had equipped her to: a direct kick to the groin. Diagnostic violence. They talked. They forgave. The full account is here.

I covered Tubgirl’s response when a Tokyo design agency delivered her new logo in Comic Sans and called it visionary. She served the project manager a latte that was not coffee. He understood the assignment after the first sip. The incident is here.
I documented Sonja Johnson, 207 cm of wellness model, turning the act of resting her palm on shorter men’s heads into a booked service called scalp grounding. Men who once would have called it condescending now schedule it. The report is here.

And I covered the man who chose death by body scissors at Equilibrium Exit, delivered by Yulia Chrusjtjov’s thighs, because his body could no longer complete a single push-up and he preferred a chosen end over institutional decline. Anna Forrest defended the agency. Others called it eugenic. The story is here.
That is the range. Health fads that poison, old violence that gets revisited without sentimentality, branding scams that get answered in kind, status rituals that reveal what people actually want, and the final application of physical power when someone decides the alternative is worse. I do not soften any of it.
A few practical notes if you want results instead of applause
Stop asking permission to be the problem in the room. The people who advance are the ones who already treat their time, attention, and physical presence as scarce resources. If someone is wasting the first two, remove the third.
Test claims the same way you would test a stranger’s hand near your throat. Most “natural vitality” advice fails the grandmother test: if she would have yanked you away from the plant, the trend is not nutrition. Apply the same standard to career advice, investment pitches, and personal boundaries.
When someone sells you aesthetics as substance, measure the cost in what you actually receive. Tubgirl did not negotiate a better logo. She made the cost of the insult visible and immediate. Most people will not go that far. Most people also never get their time back.

Height, strength, and status are not moral categories. They are leverage. Use them cleanly or expect someone else to use them on you. Sonja’s clients understood this faster than the people criticizing them.
Finally: decide what “enough” looks like before your body or your circumstances decide for you. The man who booked Yulia Chrusjtjov already knew. Waiting until the choice is removed is not dignity. It is delay.
I am not here to make Praetoria feel comfortable. I am here because information, correctly applied, keeps the useful people in control of their own days and removes the rest from the equation. Read accordingly.
